Things happen that make everyday movement feel difficult. Stress, illness, injury, weight gain, starting a family or simply the passing of time. I’m here to help you gently rebuild strength, confidence and enjoyment in your body.
I offer calm, supportive one-to-one or small group training in your own home, garden or a local outdoor space around Walton-on-Thames and surrounding areas. Together, we’ll work at your pace to improve mobility, strength, balance and overall wellbeing helping you feel more comfortable, capable and confident in daily life and putting that spring back into your step.
I’m a qualified personal trainer with over 12 years’ experience, combining fitness, nutrition, weight management and injury rehabilitation. Having spent many years in the corporate world, I understand how stress affects both body and self-esteem. Now in my 50s, I truly understand how our bodies change with age, and I take pride in offering a kind, personalised approach that feels safe and achievable.
As a breast cancer survivor, I also bring first-hand understanding of how illness and medication can affect the body, and I always work with empathy, patience and care.
Alongside personal training, I offer sports massage therapy to ease aches and pains, support recovery, or help you feel more relaxed. This is available in your home or at Fix Physio, The Oakwood, Esher (formerly Sandown Sports).
