Join Melissa for a 45-minute kettlebells online class that's an all over body workout that works every muscle.

  • A simple-to-follow workout using bodyweight exercises and just one low weight kettlebell or dumb bell (typically 2 - 6kg for women, 6 - 8kg for men)
  • Low impact with no choreography so work at your own pace
