All sessions are fun and progressive with your goal in mind. They are tailer-made to suit you so if you don't enjoy it, we don't do it. There's plenty of kit to choose from including kettlebells, battle ropes, suspension trainer and boxing.
Having an exercise buddy can really help to keep you motivated. It doesn't matter if you're of different fitness standards, I can make it work for all abilities.
I am qualified in pre and post natal exercise. I can help ensure you retain your fitness throughout your pregnancy and get back in shape once baby has arrived. The safety of you and your bump are of No 1 importance.
I am trained in mat Pilates so can incorporate Pilates exercises into your workout. This can help improve your posture, strengthen your core and adjust imbalances. It was by doing Pilates that I overcame a niggling back injury that I had had for years.
Age and injury can both be harsh on our mobility. With the use of walking poles and careful mobility exercises and stretches, I can help keep you moving.
I am a qualified sports massage therapist with a great track record in injury rehabilitation. As well as offering sports massages to anyone who wants them, if you have training with me, from time to time you may decide to have a massage instead of your exercise session.
